‘Triptykon II - Watermark’

2022

Den Frie Udstillingbygning (DK)

Another of the Installations of work for the three part contemporary dance performance Triptykon I-III at Den Frie Udstillingsbygning in Copenhagen by Danseatelier.

This second installation for Triptykon II was inspired by painting of H.Bosch as well as the the Pompeian fresci found under the Trajan Baths in Rome, preserved since Neros time.  1600th century artists explored the cave-like ruins of Neros palace and believed them to be cave paintings, and drew inspiration from the lost style.

Bent and welded steel, silicone, egg tempera painting, faux rock, led lights.
